MY REVIEW:

Kirsty Moseley is one of my favourite authors and reading something from her is always a sublime experience because she never lets her reader down. She always manage to outdo herself with every new story she writes and Poles Apart is no exception.

The whole feeling of the novel is so realistic that it seemed as if the characters were in fact true people. The characters are extremely believable, you can feel their struggles, their desires, their pain. They are so well constructed and developed that seeing their story evolve made me want to

Carson easily become one of my favourite book boyfriends. He is handsome, sweet, sexy, caring and extremely hot and lovable. It is well known by all of Moseley fans that her male characters will make readers fell in love instantly. She creates every women dream man but she also highlights their faults and flaws which make them even more real. Moseley´s male characters are unforgettable, desirable and each one of them has a bit of my heart.
On the other hand, her female characters are strong woman that fight for what they love. Moseley creates heroines that go straight to your heart and make them love you in spite of always getting your current book boyfriend xD. Emma is sweet, strong and down to earth, I really liked her.
The secondary characters are as well developed as the main ones. I really liked Rory and I would love to read a book with him as the main character. He already has many of the characteristics that make Moseley´s men unforgettable.

The writing style and narrative is sublime, as always. Reading one of Kirsty´s books is a memorable experience, she manages to transport you away from reality into a wickedly sexy world full of hot guys and brave heroines.

From my point of view, the only downside Poles Apart has is that from 60% onwards it felt as if there was some part of the story missing. It didn´t felt rushed but it was as if the story needed more development. I wanted to see more of Carson and Emma. It felt kind of short, I was expecting something more because there were conflicts that got solved too fast. But all in all I love the book and I can´t wait to read more about Kirsty Moseley because I am sure I´ll love it!

::::MEET KIRSTY MOSELEY::::

Kirsty Moseley has always been a passionate reader since she was a little girl, devouring books overnight, barely sleeping and paying for it at school the next day. Writing has come similarly to her and once she discovered Wattpad, she finally plucked up the courage to post one of her stories. Seven million reads later, she self-published her debut novel THE BOY WHO SNEAKS IN MY BEDROOM WINDOW, which later became one of 10 Finalists for the 2012 Goodreads' Choice Awards, Best YA Fiction. Shocked and overwhelmed by the response, she published her second novel ALWAYS YOU a few months later.

If she had to sum herself up in one word, it would probably be 'daydreamer' - but unlike most of her school teachers, she doesn't necessarily view that as a bad thing. After all, she read somewhere once that books are like waking dreams....

She lives in Norfolk, England with her husband and son.
