Release Blitz & Review: Diary of a Bad Boy by Meghan Quinn

Title: Diary of a Bad Boy
Author: Meghan Quinn
Release Date: March 7th, 2019

Synopsis:

Dear Diary,

I might have gotten myself into a wee bit of trouble—and I'm not talking about the "court mandated community service," or “therapy sessions from bashing a bloke in the head" kind of trouble.

I wish it were that simple.

Nope. I’m talking about the "falling in love with one of my client's daughters,” kind of trouble . . .

The kind of problem I can’t talk my way out of when the truth gets out.

How I ended up with her phone is a long story—and when she called to get it back, I took things a bit too far. One innocent exchange wound up leading to so much more.

Fun, new, and totally immune to my charm, Sutton is different. And I had no idea she was the daughter of Foster Green.

Blame it on the dark colored stout running through my veins, pushing me toward one bad decision after another. Pushing me toward her even though I know right from wrong; even though she's my client's daughter.

Dating her might be the best or worst decision I've ever made. Only time, whiskey, and one more roll around the mattress with her will tell.

My Review:
I've been a fan of Meghan Quinn for a while now and in my opinion, she is the queen of romantic comedy. And a Diary of A Bad Boy is the perfect example why. This story is sweet, romantic, funny, a little bit naughty and a lot sexy :D But it does have a pinch of heartbreak that will just make you fall in love with Roark just a little bit more :)

After reading The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend's Sister, I knew that Roark's story will be a must read. I mean, he is the ultimate bad boy who drinks, smokes and changes women like he changes underwear. So I pretty much knew that ones he falls, he is going to fall hard. And oohhhh, how the mighty have fallen :D One look, a call and a few text messages and Roark is a goner. And though in the beginning, I thought that Sutton is a little bit of a prude, she definitely changed my mind and convinced me that she is the perfect match for this bad boy.

With all that being said, I don't want you to think that Roark is just an a-hole. He might have those tendencies and every now and then act like one but he also has a heart of gold. Though after his heartbreaking past, that sweet, loving and romantic part of him is hidden so deep behind the wall erected to protect him, that very few people manage to see and get to know the real man. So, it's to be expected that the relationship between Sutton and Roark is not an easy one. But with their banter and behaviour they do create some hilarious situations :D There are a few heartbreaking ones, so be prepared for those. But mostly, be prepared for Roark to claim your heart.

I am not going to reveal any more but I would say this. If you are looking for an incredible romantic comedy, look no further. I can guarantee that you would love Sutton and Roark's story. As for me, I can't wait to find what happens with Rath. I have a feeling he will be my leading man. So beware, I call dibs :D
