Every time I get to read a
book by either L. H.Cosway or Penny Reid I am left amazed and speechless by all
the feelings they manage to transmit through words. Add to that a series of
books co- written by then and…BOOM! You have a masterpiece.
The Cad and the Co-Ed is the third installment in their Rugby series.
Each of them can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend readers to read them
in order to get the full experience. Once again, I have been completely immersed in the world l.H.Cosway and Penny Reid
has created.
First of all, the setting is
so real and believable that when I stop
reading it feels like the real world is an alternate dimension and I feel the
loss of what could have been to live in a dimension where hot rugby players
roam the world for my viewing pleasure. Secondly, the characters are so complex
and flawed that you will think that they are truly real and alive. Both Bryan
and Eilish are perfect for each other but unfortunately,
fate has other plans for them. This book made me wonder about destiny and that
I could have already met my soulmate but maybe it wasn´t the right time for it.
Luckily for Bryan and Eilish, the world
gave them a second chance and Bryan is ready to pursue what he wants.
Honestly, both L.H.Cosway and
Penny Reid are some of my unicorn authors, and they have yet to fail me as a
reader, which I really find as something impossible to happen. Cause I doubt
that their writing could be something less than incredible.
If you still haven´t read
anything from them, you have to! Do not wait or put them on your TBR list, they
should always be in your Currently Reading list, trust me on this!
