About the Author:
Aleatha Romig is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author who lives in Indiana, USA. She grew up in Mishawaka, graduated from Indiana University, and is currently living south of Indianapolis. Aleatha has raised three children with her high school sweetheart and husband of over thirty years. Before she became a full-time author, she worked days as a dental hygienist and spent her nights writing. My Review:
For me, Aleatha Romig is one of the best storytellers out there. Even when I have a love/hate relationship with some of the characters (hello Mr. Anthony Rawlings), I am still so mesmerised by her stories and plot lines that I can't stop reading. But so far, Secrets is on a completely different level. It is more intriguing, more complex, definitely hotter. It is simply more of everything. And by the time I read the last page I was just left breathless and craving more.
From the very first moment I met Araneae, her strength and determination fascinated me. Not everyone could live through what she had to, survive and become the successful business woman she is. But when she meets Sterling, her life is thrown upside down. The chemistry between them is undeniable and scorching but the warnings from Araneae's past make her try to resist the irresistible pull of the dark alpha male. Sterling makes her feel things, she's never felt before. The gritty and raw need and want between them is much stronger than the fear of the SECRETS from their past.
In a few words, this is an intriguing must-read page turner that will leave you craving more. But before you start, be prepared for the cliffie in the end. I, myself, can't wait to get my hands on Lies. Hopefully it will be soon because I am suffering from withdrawals already :D So be prepared. You were warned :D
