Cry Baby

  

   En el BBM de hoy viajamos a los años 50 con Wade Walker, también conocido como "El Lágrima" (Cry-Baby) por su capacidad para llorar un sola lágrima (lo que vuelve locas a las chicas). En esta película, un veinteañero Johnny Depp interpreta a este rebelde, aficionado del rock n' roll que lidera a la banda de los "Drapes". Wade conoce a Alison, una de los "Squares" (los más formales), y se gustan al momento, rompiendo así las reglas sociales.

   Cry Baby es una película de 1990 basada en la década de los 50 que, de alguna manera parodia otras películas del este estilo como Grease. La verdad es que es bastante exagerada a veces, pero muy divertida y ¡con buena música!   


   On today's BBM we go back to the 50s, with Wade Walker, also known as "Cry-Baby" for his ability to cry just one single tear (which by the way, drives girls crazy). On this movie, a twenty-something Johnny Depp plays  this rebel, enthusiast of rock n' roll music who is the leader of the gang of the "Drapes". He meets Alison, one of the "Squares" (the goody-two-shoes), and they like each other right away, breaking all the social conventions.

   Cry Baby is a 1990 movie set in the 50s that somehow makes fun of other films of the kind like Grease. It is in fact a pretty exaggerated movie, but very funny actually and with great music!
