Every time I get to read a book by either L. H.Cosway or Penny Reid I am left amazed and speechless by all the feelings they manage to transmit through words. Add to that a series of books co- written by then and…BOOM! You have a masterpiece.

The Cad and the Co-Ed is the third installment in their Rugby series. Each of them can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend readers to read them in order to get the full experience. Once again, I have been completely immersed in the world l.H.Cosway and Penny Reid has created.

First of all, the setting is so real and believable that when I stop reading it feels like the real world is an alternate dimension and I feel the loss of what could have been to live in a dimension where hot rugby players roam the world for my viewing pleasure. Secondly, the characters are so complex and flawed that you will think that they are truly real and alive. Both Bryan and Eilish are perfect for each other but unfortunately, fate has other plans for them. This book made me wonder about destiny and that I could have already met my soulmate but maybe it wasn´t the right time for it. Luckily for Bryan and Eilish, the world gave them a second chance and Bryan is ready to pursue what he wants.

Honestly, both L.H.Cosway and Penny Reid are some of my unicorn authors, and they have yet to fail me as a reader, which I really find as something impossible to happen. Cause I doubt that their writing could be something less than incredible.

If you still haven´t read anything from them, you have to! Do not wait or put them on your TBR list, they should always be in your Currently Reading list, trust me on this!

I love this book so much that I´ve been non- stop reading the whole weekend all the other books in the series. My eyes feel like gritty sandpaper after the reading marathon but it was so worth it! This is not my first rodeo in Penny Reid´s awesomeness of books but I swear every new book I read from her has me falling in love once again for her writing. I haven´t read anyone with such a unique writing style. It is captivating, witty, heartfelt and hilarious all at the same time.

Neanderthal Seeks Human is the 1st book in the Knitting in the City series and after reading all the available title in this series I can say without a doubt that it is my favourite. The beginning of this book was like landing in the middle of the ocean. It was sudden, unexpected and had me thinking "who the hell is Janie"? But then Sir McHotpants aka Quinn comes in and is like a flying unicorn suddenly appeared, it was something truly magical. All the nerdy things and characters in this book suited perfectly my inner geek because in the end we are all freaks about a certain topic. I proudly consider myself a book nerd, so why not embrace it? That´s what this series of books is about, in accepting your wonderfully unique personality with every quirk and flaw and about making the most of it. It was something truly eye-opening for myself.

I have only praise and admiration for this book and its author, I wouldn´t change anything about it! The main characters are amazingly developed and the secondary characters bring even more live to the whole story. And I can assure you that you won´t be able to stop on the first book, is like and inner compulsion that makes you want more and more!

My Review:

I am a huge fan of Penny Reid since I met her at the Edinburgh signing last summer and honestly I will read anything with her name on it because her writing is superb.

Truth or Beard is the 1st book in her new romance series and as always she hasn't disappointed me. The plot is catchy and I couldn't put the book down till I finished it. The main characters Jess and Duane are made for each other and Reid has been able to portray it from their very first encounter. The narration of present and childhood memories intertwined makes the narration more believable as well as the characters attraction.

I could really feel identified with Jess' wanderlust, it's what I've been craving my whole life. I really liked her she is a strong and independent heroine and brave enough to follow her dreams while trying to follow her heart at the same time. On the other hand, Duane is an amazing male character, he is likable, hot and sexy in a more primitive way. I found really sexy that he is brave enough to go after what his heart most desires unafraid of the outcome. I really liked them as a couple.

As always I love all the puns and humor Reid puts in her written, she is definitely one of a kind and I can't wait to read the next books in the series to discover what will happen with the other brothers.

He gave us a crooked smile that looked completely delectable and mischievous, his eyes darting between us. “You can’t tell the difference?” Claire returned his smile with a small one of her own. Beau’s charm was contagious and addictive. I’d once overheard my daddy tell my momma that the six Winston boys had inherited their father’s ability to charm snakes, the IRS, and women. I was also smiling, although mine probably looked dazed and weird. I was thankful for the long gray beard around my mouth. My review:

I just love these series, seriously! I really don´t want it to end cause it made me live something extraordinary that I craved. 

Capture is the last part in this 3 book series. If you loved Kaitlyn and Martin in Attraction and Heat you will defenitely lose your mind over them in Capture. I can just say words of wonder over Penny Reid´s masterpieces, she has fastly and easily become one of my favourite authors so if you haven´t read anything from her yet, what are you waiting for?

As always the story is catching, the characters amazingly developed and the writing sublime. And as it always happens after reading one of her books, I am proud of being a nerd in my own freakish way!
