Tyler Durden

  Tyler Durden es uno de los protagonistas de la película Fight Club (El Club de la Lucha), interpretado por Brad Pitt. Es un extravagante joven con ideas radicales sobre el capitalismo y el consumismo que conoce al protagonista de la película en un avión justo antes de que su casa explote en un accidente. Así empiezan a vivir juntos y crean El Club de la Lucha, un club donde algunos hombres van para pelear entre ellos porque sí, solo para liberarse. La organización empieza a crecer y a extenderse y termina por convertiruna asociación anti-materialista y anti-consumista que persigue sus objetivos mediante el vandalismo y la violencia.



  No quiero contar el final de la película por si acaso, pero de verdad merece la pena verla si no lo habéis hecho (y no solo por Brad Pitt xD). El personaje es realmente interesante, es un hombre rebelde y algo fanático que trabaja fabricando jabón (para lo cual roba grasa humana de clínicas de liposucción que después utiliza también para hacer bombas caseras). Representa al hombre carismático y poderoso que el narrador no es; es un espíritu libre que reniega del sistema y de la sociedad consumista actual y simboliza perfectamente el mensaje que la película intenta comunicarnos.

  Tyler Durden is one of the protagonists of the movie Fight Club played by Brad Pitt. He is an extravagant young man with radical ideas about capitalism and consumerism that meets the main character of the movie on a flight before his house explodes. They start living together after that and end up creating the Fight Club, a club where men go to fight each other for fun, as a liberation. The organization starts growing and spreading and eventually becomes a big association against materialism and consumerism that chases its goals through vandalism and violence. 

  I dont want to spoil the end of the movie just in case but it's really worth it if you haven't watched it! (not only for Brad Pitt's appearance xD). The character is really interesting actually, he is a rebellious and slightly fanatical guy who works making soap (for which he steals human fat from liposuction clinics that later he uses as well to create handmade bombs). He represents the charismatic and powerful men that the narrator is not; he is a free spirit that loathes the system and the present consumerist society and embodies perfectly the message that the movie tries to communicate.
