Top Ten Authors I've Only Read One Book From But NEED to Read More

- Lesley Young: Sky´s End (Cassiel Winters #1) is the only book I´ve read from this author but just because is the only one she has published yet! As soon as she releases a new one, I´ll be reading it!

- Frankie Rose: I discovered her books Halo through Netgalley and loved every minute of it. Soon I´ll be reading its sequel Radicals.

-Colleen Hoover: Ugly Love was my first breathtaking experience in Hoover´s literary world, and I became a fan from the very first chapter. I want to read all her books as soon as I have the time.

-Elisa Freilich: Silent Echo is her first debut novel, an epic romance that will leave you needing more! Can´t wait for the sequel!!

- R.K.Lilley: I met her at the RARE signing in Edinburgh where she gave me a signed book of Bad Things ( Danika & Tristan #1) and I devoured the book in just 2 days. Definitely have to check the rest of her books.

-Rosamund Hodge: Her debut novel Cruel Beauty is so good that I have to read more about this author. So many books, so little time!

-Nicholas Sparks: I read The Last Song but I´m kind of afraid to read another book from him because the films are so sad that I don´t know if I wanna suffer again!

- Coming Home by M.J. O´Shea: This was my first book inside the m/m world
-Captive Prince by C.S. Pacat: The perfect books for fantasy readers that wanna try this kind of books. It is a master piece in the fantasy genre.
- Try by Ella Frank: This is one the best books of this genre I´ve read so far. It´s not a book just about two men hooking up, it is a love story that is way better than many of the comtemporary books where the main characters are a man and a woman.
- Frat Boy and Toppy by Anne Tenino: This book is funny and fresh, a good start on this genre.
- Lover at Last by J.R.Ward: This was my first book on this genre thought it is not the best I´ve read for the sex, but the feelings are aweome!
- Double Full by Kindle Alexander: Well written and easy to read.
- Aaron by J.P.Barnaby: Deep and heartbreaking, this book is about second chances and struggles.
-Sock It to Me Santa by Madison Parker: Funny and fresh, and without sex scenes.
- Inseparable by Chris Scully: Sweet and short
-Collide by Riley Hart: It is wonderful and it will make you feel a lot.

I would really recommend people to try some of these books to see if maybe they will like this genre.

- Nora Roberts: I had an obsession back in High School when I first discovered Nora Robert´s books and since that day I´ve been a huge fan of her. I even have a shelf just for her books
- Richelle Mead: I loved her books and have all the books she has released from nher series Vampire Academy and Bloodlines.
- Cassandra Clare: I am obsessed with the Shadow Hunters series so I have all of them
- J.K. Rowling: I am a Harry Potter fan since I was in Middle School son of course I have all of the HP books.
- Jay Crownover: I loved her Marked Men series and the new Welcome to the Point one so she is a must in my shelves.
- Kirsty Moseley: I love her and her books and she is one of my favourite authors ahe has a special spot on my collection.
- Jen Wylie: She is also one of my favourite authors and I love her books so much that I wanna have them all.
- Lauren Oliver: Since I read Delirium for the first time I´ve been obsessed with her books.

TTT Books That Will Be In My Beach Bag This Summer

      So this is my Top Seven books that will be in my beach bag this summer. Not 10, I know, but I am kind of a slow reader, aiming for ten was just too much :D

1. The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. To start the summer with, already loving it.

 














2. Doll Parts by Wayne Simmons. Recently bought it, no idea what it is exactly about but seems creepy :D

3. The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. It has been on my list long enough, need to read it!














4. Long Way Down by Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman. Looks like the perfect travel book, especially if you love Ewan McGregor! (like I do)















5. The Two Towers by J.R.R. Tolkien. I read the Fellowship this year and need to go on.
















6. The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton. One of the first books I bought in English, still on my reading list :S
















7. Nunca digas nunca by Amy Lab. Technically it was in my last summer's beach bag (got it for my birthday in July), definitely reading it this summer!

TTT Books that I almost put down but didn't

Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. Comapred to the two first books of THG saga, I almost wanted to not finish this one.

Requiem by Lauren Oliver. Same problem as with The Hunger Games, for me the endings of these trilogies are not the best.

  Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K.Rowling. Great book but it came out in my 'I don't want to read!' stage xD

  Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer(Twilight Saga). Actually did not finish New Moon but I gave Eclipse an oportunity (and ended up forcing myself to finish it).

  Indómito by Elizabeth Lowell. Thought of putting it down when I read some (ahem) unexpected (ahem) passages... xD but it was just the shock, the book was ok.

  13'99 by Frédéric Beigbeder. Great eye-opening book. Maybe too eye-opening at some points.

Top Ten Bookish Things (that aren't books) I would like to own

1. Bookshelf with a scale: yes, like the one in Beauty and the Beast (L)

 2. Kindle. I love paper books and I don’t think I will switch to electronic anytime soon, but I’ll admit that sometimes the idea of getting one for the convenience of it is tempting.

3. Nice bookmark. I always end up using some bus ticket or leaflet as a bookmark for fear of missing the cute ones I have but…

4. Personal library. Lifetime dream, a room only for books at my own house.

5. Ok, not sure what this is… but looks super useful to be able to read using just one hand and eat or drink with the other! xD

6. Book pendant. I have a Harry Potter one but I want more! They are just BEAUTIFUL.

Top Ten Most Unique Books I´ve Ever Read

-        

     Memorias de Idhún by Laura Gallego: it is not translated to English but it has to be on my list. I love this book, it marked me so deeply in my youth and influenced my reading taste like no other book before. The ending and the relationship between the characters is what makes it so unique.

-         The Black Dagger Brotherhood by J.R.Ward: I have not read any book like this one. Even though it treats an overused topic, vampires, the author has been able to create a complex background, characters and the story itself that I can´t get enough of it.

-         Avery by Charlotte McGonaghy: The idea that in Kaya couples die and pairs and the deepness of the characters and the feelings the story brings are magical.

-         Broken series by Jen Wylie: I love her writing style and narration since with just a couple of words she is able to transport you right into the story.

-         Marked Men series by Jay Crownover: the names of characters are unique and unforgettable, as well as the complex stories behind each character.

-         The Collector by Victoria Lamb: I haven´t encountered any other character like Dante. He is truly unique and unforgettable.

-         Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge: a fairy tale retelling like no other. She has been able to mix very different stories to create a wonderful story.

-         Halo by Frankie Rose: this is a dystopian novel like no other. All the feelings, the struggling of the characters to survive and all the feelings the story made me feel is what makes Halo so incredible.

-         Broken Pieces by Riley Hart: this book is a M/M/M story which itself is something I am not used to read every day, but I loved every minute of it. What makes it so unique are the characters and their feelings, how the author has been able to connect 3 different broken souls to form an unbreakable bond.

-         Bloodlines by Richelle Mead: I love Mead´s writing but the incorporation of Adrian as the main character provided this story with a real touch like no other.
